So, I'm leaving for Greece in less than a month, and I decided to get a blog set up so that when I'm there I can post pictures and write updates on here instead of sending e-mails to a bunch of people. This way anyone can check it at anytime!
I leave for Greece on June 4th, arriving there June 5th. I'll spend three weeks on Paros Island and once I'm done taking my class (Photography) my parents are coming over and we're spending a week touring the mainland!! I will be arriving home July 3rd, just in time to celebrate my favorite holiday in the states! Since no one in Greece gives a crap about our Independence Day! ha!
I'm super excited and I've started learning Greek. So far I can ask if someone knows Greek, or English. I can respond that I know a little, or yes, or no. And I can also ask someone if they are American - all very helpful!
Not sure how much I'll be updating this before I go since I'm working on finishing up finals, but I will definitely update this as much as possible once I'm in Greece to keep everyone updated!
